Rules

§1 Tasks

1. The Organization of Communication (OOC) provides dialling codes and shorthand expressions for micronations.

2. The OOC is an independant organization.

3. The OOC is official partner of the UVNO.

 

§2 The Chairman

The Chairman is responsible for all decisions of the OOC.

 

§3 Membership

1. Every nation which fulfills the rules of the UVNO for a full membership may have an unique shorthand expression and / or dialling code, registered at the OOC. A full membership in the UVNO is not required. Every nation registering an abbreviation or a dialling code is a member of OOC and accepts these rules.

2. Every member may make suggestions to the chairman.

 

§4 Shorthand Expressions

1. Every nation may choose its shorthand expression by itself.

2. Changes of the shorthand expression are only possible if the name of the nation is changed.

 

§5 Dialling Codes

1. Every nation may choose its dialling code by itself from suggested opportunities. Exceptions are not possible. Exceptions from time before these rules may continue to exist.

2. Changes of the dialling code are not possible.

 

§6 Changes and Interpretations

1. This rules may be changed by the chairman.

2. Different interpretations of the rules are decided by the chairman.
